INDURA offers digital solutions to improve the management, traceability and safety of warehouse operations. The offer combines the Diventra WMS, which controls stock and physical flows, with the Plasmon platform, which monitors the environmental conditions of products and sensitive areas. They can be deployed separately or as part of a global project covering the warehouse study, flooring, racking, handling and lifting equipment, software, sensors, training and commissioning.
Diventra centralises stock, locations, tasks and movements on a single interface, from goods receipt to dispatch, with real-time visibility of warehouse activity. It fits a small e-commerce warehouse, a logistics centre, an industrial site or a pharmaceutical facility needing detailed traceability. Receipts are prepared from shipping notices or ERP orders; after barcode checks, the system guides the operator to the location suited to the product, the zone and the defined rules.
Main features
Real-time stock tracking by location
Receiving with barcode scanning
Guided put-away to the appropriate location
Internal transfers between zones and locations
Periodic inventories and discrepancy control
Picking, packing, verification and shipping
Returns management
Pallets and cartons by LPN logistics identifier
Assignment and tracking of operator tasks
Scrap and waste management with validation
Multi-warehouse and per-site tracking
ERP and marketplace synchronisation
Picking and workflows
Orders turned into tasks: locations, batches and quantities to pick
Items checked during packing before shipment is validated
Tasks assigned to an operator and tracked: pending, in progress, done
Mandatory fields, validations and approvals against unauthorised transactions
History of every movement: origin, operator, date, locations
Diventra provides detailed traceability by batch, expiry date and serial number, essential for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and industrial products. Products can be quarantined until checks are done; the batch then receives an accepted, conditionally accepted or rejected status, and movements are blocked until quality approval is granted.
Quality functions
Quarantine and batch statuses (accepted, conditional, rejected)
FEFO: products with the nearest expiry date leave first
Batch recall: affected stock, movements, shipments and customers
Audit trail usable in inspections and internal controls
Shipments blocked without quality approval
Production operations
Work orders and raw material receipt
Sampling and quality control
Actual component consumption
Requirements calculated from bills of materials
Guided picking by product, batch, quantity and FEFO rule
Operations run on industrial terminals with Android 8 or later, synchronised in real time over Wi-Fi to cut manual entry and paper. The operator sees exactly what is needed: product reference, quantity, batch, location and movement instruction.
Diventra synchronises orders, stock, products, customers and accounts in both directions with ERP systems, linking administrative and commercial management to physical execution in the warehouse. Orders from several marketplaces are synchronised automatically for e-commerce and multichannel distribution.
Sectors
E-commerce and distribution: multichannel orders, marketplaces, shipment tracking
Logistics and 3PL: several clients and warehouses, stock separation
Food: batches, expiry dates, FEFO, cold chain
Pharmaceutical and cosmetics: quarantine, batch statuses, recalls, audit trail
Automotive: serial numbers, spare parts, precise location
Textile: colour and size variants, fast picking, multichannel
Plasmon is an IoT platform that monitors the environmental conditions of products and sensitive areas across production, storage, transport and distribution. Plasmon Ambient devices install in warehouses, cold rooms, production areas, refrigerated vehicles, laboratories and technical rooms. Data is sent to the cloud every five seconds; measurement period, check frequency and notification frequency are configured by zone criticality.
Monitored parameters
Temperature from -40 °C to +85 °C
Humidity from 0 to 100% RH
CO₂ from 400 to 5,000 ppm
PM2.5 and PM10 particles from 0.3 to 10 µm
Water leak detection by liquid contact
Thermocouple from -200 °C to +1,300 °C
Alerts and continuity
Alerts by e-mail, SMS, mobile notification or Telegram
Specific alert on power or Internet outage
Smart storage: up to four hours of data kept offline
Automatic retransmission when the connection returns
Trigger unit with eight 5 V outputs to drive HVAC, fans or alarms
Every measurement is time-stamped and kept in a traceability infrastructure. The data serves inspections, audits, quality analyses and verification of storage conditions.
Plasmon Plus turns environmental data into operational indicators. It analyses the duration and frequency of deviations, product packaging and the operating context to assess the real impact on quality. It uses Plasmon devices, transport data loggers, existing sensor infrastructure and imported files.
Available indicators
Updated quality score for each product or batch
Dynamic estimate of remaining shelf life
Low, medium or high risk level
Actions prioritised by the real impact of deviations
Plasmon Go pairs a mobile terminal with an application for warehouse operators, shipping teams and field staff. Scanning a barcode gives access to product information and documents transfers: conditions at handover, the identity of the person handing over and of the person receiving, for a continuous chain of custody.
Two kits depending on the environment. The plug-and-play standard kit shows live values on an LED display. The industrial kit in an IP67 housing is built for environments down to -40 °C with wired sensors up to 1,200 metres.

WMS and sensors: a turnkey warehouse
The WMS organises physical movements and product traceability; the monitoring platform documents the conditions those products are exposed to. Integrating them links stock, batch and location to temperature, humidity and environmental quality data: a complete view for the cold chain, quality investigations and decisions on at-risk batches.
INDURA designs the warehouse as an integrated system: flooring, racking study and assembly, handling and lifting equipment, WMS software, sensors and environmental monitoring, coordinated in one project.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an ERP and a WMS?
The ERP manages the company's general processes. The WMS controls physical execution in the warehouse: locations, tasks, movements, picking, shipping and traceability. The two can be synchronised.
Can the WMS manage several warehouses?
Yes. Diventra supports multi-warehouse environments with centralised tracking and site-specific information.
Can batches and expiry dates be tracked?
Yes. The system manages batches, expiry dates, serial numbers and FEFO rules.
Can the software run on mobile terminals?
Yes. Operators run the main operations on industrial terminals with Android 8 or later.
What happens if the sensors lose Internet?
Plasmon devices keep up to four hours of data and send it when the connection is restored.
Which parameters can be monitored?
Temperature, humidity, CO₂, PM2.5 and PM10 particles, water leaks and thermocouples.
How are alerts sent?
By e-mail, SMS, mobile app and Telegram, as configured.
Can the reports be used in an audit?
Yes. Measurements are time-stamped and kept in an audit trail; tamper-proof PDF reports can be generated and verified by electronic signature.
Can the sensors be linked to the WMS?
Yes. An integrated solution links environmental conditions to products, batches, locations and operations. The scope depends on the interfaces defined during the study.
